Daisy Fleabane

Garland Reserve is a new park managed by the City of Fairborn Parks Department. This daisy fleabane (Erigeron annuus) was growing along the park’s wetland boardwalk. Its hairy petals and bright yellow center reminded by of a cheerleader with pom poms as if it where cheering in the bright spring sun.
