This early July sunset just outside Chillicothe, Ohio, highlighted several large cumulonimbus clouds in the western sky. My daughter characterized this particular cloud build up as an entity taking a selfie in front of the Scioto River Valley.
I enjoy visiting Ohio, especially the Scioto River Valley area where I’m always impressed by the lush green vegetation. For this early July sunset in northwestern Ross County, several large cumulonimbus clouds formed in the western sky. This was a particularly impressive sunset, so much so the large cloud on the horizon appears to have grown an arm in order to take a selfie with the bounty growing below.
