Lone Cypress Tree No. 1

As one of the most photographed trees in North America, the Lone Cypress Tree stands along California’s scenic 17-mile drive clinging to its granite foundation for the last 250 years. On this particular day, a cold-water upwelling produced a cool breeze which pushed the coastal fog onto the rocky bluffs making for a moody mid-day scene.
